APPLICATION GUIDE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION

Your application forms the basis for the training in Mongolia and Germany. It is important that the applications are filled out accurately and completely. Incomplete and imprecise application will be rejected.

1.    Read first carefully the information and forms available before completing the application forms.
2.    All applications forms must be filled-out in English.
3.    The forms must be filled-out either electronically or in handwriting (BLOCK LETTERS). Make sure that your handwriting is clear and your First and Last Name are written exactly as they appear in your passport.
4.    Make sure that you indicate correct telephone numbers, including your city/town code. The phone numbers have to be written in such way that they can be dialled from abroad. The same concerns mobile phone and fax numbers. MONEF, InWEnt and German Training Centres must be able to contact you therefore it is in your interest to provide the accurate data.
5.    Make sure to write correct E-Mail address. Once you are selected into a programme you will be contacted per E-Mail by the Training Centre organising the traineeship in Germany. It is very IMPORTANT that you have an access to the internet and that you check your E-Mail regularly.
6.    In the case of multiple choice questions make sure to cross the necessary as follows:
    Mixed form of ownership (private & state)
    Holding
    Ltd.
    Joint stock
    Joint venture
7.    Bring the following application documents to the interview: a) Application form b) Company Profile
c) Letter of Reference d) Passport Copy
